Bubbling
Life (and D) seen through the lens of a bottle of kombucha :-) My friend Jill had some spare SCOBYs and gave me one, and this is my second batch. I did a secondary fermentation with some fresh mango and it’s very tasty.
The water came back on at 11pm last night,in time for D to do the washing up before bed. We could see Scottish Water working away in the field in the darkness. They fixed the leak very quickly. I wonder if the farmer will have to pay?
I was at the pool this morning and in the garden this afternoon.
