Alopecurus pratensis

.........or, to the uninitiated (ME!)  it is known as Meadow Foxtail

That's my theory and I am sticking to it.

Seen on my walk this morning. And again on my walk this evening. Probably better viewed large....

A Four phase day. A very good day. 

One - Walk
Two - Go out with Mrs I for lunch
Three - Break a sweat working in the garden
Four - Walk


I won't bore you with the fine detail but it was all very agreeable and we are now suitably tired. But a nice way to get tired, and all in the surroundings of the glorious Shropshire Countryside.
