Tweed walk

Wednesday 
We took a drive out to Peebles in the morning and were able to meet up with fellow blippers, thebear and thechimp. It was great to see them again!
After coffee and catch up, Dennis and I had a walk along the river as far as Neidpath viaduct and then back along the other bank. We saw at least six herons along the way and I took far too many photos of the lovely scenery, so more photos in extras.
We had a picnic lunch down by the river. We'd arranged to call round to see Mark and Jane before heading back to Edinburgh, but unfortunately had to head back earlier than planned, which was a shame.
