Pegasus?

A back blip from Cheltenham as today consisted of more catching up on emails and related business, driving to Tonbridge Wells for what turned out to be a decent but not winning tenpin bowling session, and then attending a local  allotments group meeting at Woking Borough Council which was interesting but, I concede, of little wider interest. So, not.much that was blippable whereas this mural in one of the back alleys close to the Promenade in Cheltenham was very striking and certainly blipworthy. I assume it is of the mythical horse, Pegasus, but I need to check that out, so.may find I have  to update this commentary. 
And here's the update - Pegasus had wings (of course!), and I can't see any on the horse depicted in this mural, so I'm keeping the question mark in the entry heading.
