An accident

I knocked a piece of my osteospermum off when I was deadheading, so brought it indoors, and it’s survived surprisingly long in a little vase. 
I went to the first session of U3a discussion group - it’s called Exploring ageing with courage and creativity.  A group of 15 people- as far as I can see, they’re all pretty nice.  I think it’s going to be interesting, maybe even inspiring. 
In the afternoon, I did my big Tesco shop, via my allotment (which is next door to Tesco) to water everything.  Takes ages, you’re not allowed to use a hose, you have to carry it in a watering can. I think it must be at least 2 weeks since it rained here, a bit worrying. According to my phone there might be one millimetre on Sunday…..
