A Birthday Visit
I went over to my sister’s in Canewdon, and we then drove to my niece‘s from there as it was her birthday. We had a good catch-up, and gave her presents and cards. She then gave me a sweet little lidded trinket box which she had made from resin that had been coloured green. Such a kind thought, and I shall use it for putting aside my votive candle money - I light three candles in St Luke’s every Thursday morning in memory of Mum, Dad and Kaye.
Pulling into the driveway on reaching home, I thought how lovely the spring wreath looked on the front door, so that’s my blip for the day after having faffed with it a bit to make it even prettier.
Sorry not to write comments on everyone’s blips lately - life’s a bit chaotic and lacking in much structure whilst the renovations are ongoing.
