2nd of our two Garden Open days and a little more relaxed as there was no manic final clearing before we opened.

J had come along with a few trains to add to the entertainment of the visitors, and the delight of a few youngsters.

Concluding that my main steamer has a small water leak and needs a checkup, I got out my older, manual (as opposed to radio-controlled) steamer and, given it hasn't run for nigh on 10 years, it ran pretty well.

Over the two days we raised about £800 for charity, about half that by way of tea & cake!
