Bowood Woodland Gardens (Thursday 8th May 2025)
I returned to Bowood Woodland Gardens this afternoon and after a cappuccino from the Nosh Box and a take-away Spicy Chicken baguette from Sam Wedge's I explored the outer reaches of the grounds, possibly an area where I wasn't supposed to be as I was on the wrong side of the electric fence that keeps the deer from munching the rhododendrons.
Along the way the heel and sole of one of my Kickers came off. The distant sight of these deer (these are just a few of them, at an equivalent 2000 mm) was the high point of the afternoon, though I also sat reading in the Jubilee Garden.
Looks better in Large.
