As I was  messaging "phew" to A my conversation partner for the oral assessment when we finished last night, he was doing the same to me.  We were both pleased that it went reasonably well - mistakes were made but we kept talking for 13 minutes (!) and our tutor was reasonably happy.  I now need to finish my written assessment (which is due in on Monday) and that will be Year 1 of An Cursa Adhartais finished. 

Pitlochry Sketchers now have an official table marker !  We were in the River Room today as a staff social was taking place in the main part. The new(ish) artistic director (Alan Cumming) was there and he popped in for a chat afterwards and asked if he could take a selfie (  https://www.instagram.com/p/DJbYBQGC7eZ/?img_index=3&igsh=N3R6ZzBmdDNpc3Vk) with us. That's a first for me. Someone else did a sketch of me - another first !
