Coffee at noon

I have strained myself lately with this new arrangement of my web pages. I have not slept, yet I have had to adjust to the schedule of 'normal' people calling, communicating and confering. This morning I was so unwell that I had to cancel the dentist's appointment. I just stayed in bed. Fortunately my good friend came over in the evening and sat with me a couple of hours. She also brought me a piece of a rhubarb and vanilla creme pastry.
 
I have slept since she left. I am beginning to wonder if this is already my end.
