TINY, SHINY, GOLDEN BIRDY

Spent today mostly at home catching up on various chores.  Nothing strenuous as my back has been aching and the leg ulcer has been rather painful.

At 5.30pm I got a lift from Michelle and we headed for Slimming Group.  We both lost half a pound this week.  Group was quite busy and there were some good losses.  A new Hif Fi choc cereal bar was on sale - Mango, Passion Fruit and Coconut with white choc drizzle.  I bought a pack and tried one this evening... it was delicious.  However my favourite is still the Peanut Butter bar.

The Abstract Thursday theme is 'Shiny Abstract'.  I took a shot of a little shiny golden bird which is part of a table lamp.  My phone case is reflected in the shiny surface.  Thanks to Ingeborg for hosting.

Nothing going on here for VE day but I was reminded of VE day in 2020   THIS is my blip for that day. ( it was during Covid.)  The Close had a ( distanced )  Street Party and Neil and Rachael came to join in - they had to stay more than 6 feet away from me though as per the rules at the time.
