Speckled Jungle

Much too long at the controls today, but finished up and did a bit of painting on the Africa Twin to make the last scrape look somewhat less terrible than it has for the last 15-odd years.  If I were being particular about it, I'd mix up more Isopon, but then I'd be repainting a huge area.  I also cut and glued some triangular strengthening pieces for the ancient GPS's bracket which despite being made from 3mm ABS, has had a tendency to bounce up and down madly over bumps owing to the device's great weight, and I didn't want it to fatigue and fall off.

At lunchtime the one visitor was this Speckled Wood butterfly who took a liking to the poppies that are growing en masse in the increasingly overgrown garden.
