Last walk.

Today we went to the picturesque village of Broadway to walk to the Tower.
After parking the car we set of on our walk passing the war memorial then taking a path through a buttercup meadow then on up the hill and passing sheep and lambs on the way (Stanley was facinated
We carry on climbing and pass the 11th Century St Eadurgha’s Church on our right we pass through a number of kissing gates before we finally arrive at the Tower ( a folly built in 1798 for Lady Coventry) we are now at the second highest point in the Cotswolds some 1020 feet, the views were breathtaking. Time to make out descent we join the Cotswold Way and return to Broadway and back to the car. Today’s walk just over five miles.
Tomorrow we head home after a very pleasant week here.
