Three bread puddings

The gov has been stashing stale crusts away in the freezer for some time and the bag was bursting.
So a massive bowl of bread pud mix was concocted this afternoon and duly baked ‘to use up’ the excess electricity being generated by our solar panels.
Tonight we will have some bp with custard and Sunday I’ll take a lump down the boat for my Sunday dinner dessert.
The rest will be cut into ready to eat pieces and stored in the freezer……
