Splendid blipmeet!

Philip and Susan ( Tryfan46 ) came for tea in our riverside garden this afternoon.

The weather was perfect!

We put the world to rights over tea and cake, then we did a tour of Cockermouth, including this view of Cockermouth Castle, All Saint's Church, Grasmoor and the Lorton valley.

Philip and Susan are moving to Cumbria from Kent...renting nearby at the moment while they find their dream house!

Three hours flew past... We really enjoyed the afternoon with them!
