Beavertail pink
Back blips Tucson Architecture #1 and #2
I saw this flower, which was on a beavertail prickly pear cactus, on my neighborhood walk this morning. I never noticed this particular cactus around here so was glad it was in bloom. Rather than a straight flower, I applied an acrylic filter on it. Most of the filters I use are in a program called Topaz Studio 2. It's free and I recommend it.
I'm gradually catching up with my blips. I feel a sense of freedom because I don't panic if I don't have a blip. There will be times I use an EB, like I did with the shoe several days ago, mostly because I have something I need to write. But I'm not going to drive up my blood pressure if I haven't taken a photo that day.

At the age of 65 my Grandma started walking 10 kilometers a day.
She’s 92 now and we have no idea where she is.
