I slept very well last night and only managed to knock the eye patch once.

Said patch is now off and only has to be worn at night.  Drops applied and my eye is feeling less gritty.

Good news - everything is much sharper and brighter in my left eye.  Looking forward to getting right eye done.

Feel tired today so not too much planned.
