Gorgeous Ennerdale

Our first visit to Ennerdale and what a place it is on days like these.

We bagged two more Wainwrights, Crag Fell from where this shot was taken and Grike. Both low fells but Crag Fell punched well above its weight giving panoramic view of mountains, valleys and the coast. And very quiet too.

A well earned pint of Loweswater Gold and a bag of crisps at the Fox and Hounds at Ennerdale Bridge rounded off the walk.

Our first Saturday evening in the flat. All washed and brushed up ready for nibbles, dinner and an evening drink. It cannot get much better than this.
