Choir Boys

It was mainly cloudy and cool today (well 20°) but no rain as forecast.
I went to a sung Mass this morning to celebrate the local Feast of Our Lady of the Forsaken in the Basílica. The choir boys from the Escolania school sang like angels. The church was packed and it was standing room only. There was a rounding rendition of the Valencian regional anthem at the end of the Mass.
Home for a late lunch with Mr P and no 1 son, not that they were very hungry as they’d been on a tapas tour!
Son no 1 treated me to coffee and cake at my favourite coffee house this afternoon and then Mr P and I cleaned the flat and went food shopping.
The bars are all crazy busy tonight. We’re going out to a concert and a fireworks display, but it doesn’t start until midnight so thought it best to blip first.
