Danger! Panda on board

Spotted this panda in our out of town shopping mall ( Springkerse for those who know Stirling area). Thought it would qualify for today’s challenge for “Silly Saturday”.
 
Would love to know the story behind it though. I did see a middle aged man get out  but he disappeared into B&Q before I had time to ask him.
