Crossing Point

I really enjoyed the concert last (Cara Dillon accompanied by Sam Lakeman). She sung a mixture of traditional folk songs interspersed with some of her own songs and poems and tales of family life.

Today saw the Etape Caledonia starting and finishing in the town. This meant many more people than usual and road closures making along with a fun atmosphere. It also meant that yoga at the Dell started later so we could cross the road to get there. My route down also takes me through the station and across the tracks.

I really enjoyed the class - the sun was out, birds were singing - and of course the swim afterwards.

Back home I enjoyed a bacon sandwich and tackled the housework. Next task is final proofing of my assessment before submitting it later tonight or tomorrow (when it is due in).
