Sit and Enjoy the View

Feel incredibly fortunate to be able to catch the Dales bus at the end of my street ( at weekends) and be transported into the heart of the Dales in an hour. Pass the loveliest of countryside as we travel , it really is scenic and because of my bus pass it’s free.
Was pleased to see the French Cafe was open when l got to Grassington, enjoyed a fine coffee and a delicious almond croissant. Had a gentle walk and admit l had a sit on this bench as the view is stupendous.
Lots of people use this narrow walled path to go to the river, Linton or Hebden, l am sure lots of local Blippers recognise it.
In extras are some old posters which were in the village, l know they are not originals but l think they are up because last week All Creatures Great and Small was being filmed for the next TV series .

When home l’ve had a lovely relax in my garden for a couple of hours and have already watered the half that is in the shade as the sun moves west.
