I needed some recovery and gave the Parkrun a miss this morning.

Spent some time in the garden and then this evening we headed over to the Pavilion Theatre in Rhyl to see the G4 on their 'Phantoms of the Popera ' tour which is based on hits from West End and Broadway. shows.
