Set my alarm for an early start. Kelly and her 11yr old neighbour were abseiling down The Port of Leith Distillery for charity. Kelly chose St Columbus Hospice. I was speaking to a representative from the hospice later and she said so far they have raised 10k! 
They both did very well and loved every minute. 
Afterwards I went into Ocean Terminal for a tea and a wander round the charity shop. Got the tram back one stop to the terminus then walked the rest.  
Came back and felt very sore and a bit sick. Lay on sofa, and watched the laptop for the afternoon.
