Hard work

D had booked a very elegant afternoon tea as my second birthday treat of the weekend. Excellent food in a beautiful location, a wonderful way to finish our visit.

Before our feast, we visited Painswick Roccoco Gardens featuring gorgeous planting, an extensive kitchen garden and some fine structures. But as well as the formal planting there was woodland and wild meadows with beehives. Loved the sign.
