low tide in worthing

Walked to Worthing, had a long and fabulous lunch, walked to the pier - the tide so far out, people paddling practically all the way to France. Bus home for long period of indolence, likely to last through till tomorrow morning.
Rain this evening even saved us the hard work of watering the garden...
