The last...

...of the season. Daffodils have been flowering in the garden since mid-February, and these are the last two of the Spring. We think they're quite possibly the prettiest of them all, with their pale trumpets and two-tone petals. They're very slightly scented too. Wish I could remember what variety they are, and where I bought them!

In to Holmfirth this afternoon to have my hair trimmed for the first time in several months, just to tidy the ends. Afterwards I browsed around Fair Trader and treated myself to a reduced price lantern - it's intended for tea lights, but I'm planning to use it for a project later this year. Watch this space! Also popped in to the Co-op for some essentials, only to discover that most of the shelves were bare as a result of their systems being hacked.
