On Tour With Mary Doll

Dear O'H dear, Lovely Tea Jenny and The Mini Princesses,

Off to Londinium with Mary Doll!

We are down for 2 days as Mary Doll wanted to see a couple of shows and she’s never been to London before.

Tonight we went to see Matilda. Unfortunately Mary Doll didn’t rate the first half (“mediocre”) but thankfully was much more enthused about the second half (“much better”).

I thought it was brilliant. It’s mad, quirky, funny and playful. When I was young, I loved Roald Dahl books as did the Mini Princesses (BFG is still my favourite).

I didn’t feel it was prudent to point out to Mary Doll that she may have got more out of the first half if she hadn’t nodded off! Details!
