Nest Building

This weekend has been quite uneventful...My sister left on Saturday and I have spent the last two days getting caught up with the everyday things that get neglected when you have company for a week. (Blip being one of those things I have neglected) 

Today, I worked on getting my garden lighting working again...It wasn't hard, just one of those things that gets put aside to attend to more urgent matters. All electrical cords and connections were working; it just meant removing the old strings of lights that were entangled in the vine and putting up new ones. Then there is the shed that needs cleaning out and  all the things therein that need to go to the dump. Heavy pots need to be carried out to the garden and filled with soil...so many of these tasks  I can't do myself, so I have hired a fellow on our street to do all that next week. Check that one off the list! 

Of course, rest periods are required from all this doing and passing off of tasks; hence sitting in the garden with camera watching the birds, resulting of course in more bird blips...(thank heavens for the birds). 

PS: The leafs lost tonight in Florida ...things are getting tense...The series is now tied 2-2...Much resting up will be required to prepare for the next game..it will be SO exhausting to watch!
