Baklava

A lovely five mile run with Hannah, this morning at seven o'clock, and then, once I'd freshened up, straight across to the office. 

It was a full house, today. Martin was down from the Kendal office to ensure everything is shipshape ahead of next month's ISO 27001 audit, and we also had the PAT tester in. 

At lunchtime, John brought back chocolates and the Minx bought a box of Baklava so it was a rather carby start to the afternoon. Thank God I ran this morning!
