Sizergh Castle

Another excellent night's sleep post op.  Still feel tired but all ok.  Everything is so much brighter and I can read number plates from a distance using my left eye.  Just imagine how bionic I will be when the second eye is done!

We popped over to Sizergh Castle this afternoon in the glorious sunshine.  I don't think I have ever seen the gardens looking lovelier - but that may be down to my new eye!

Love these irises and the lilac in extra (perfume was divine!)
