Morning puddles

I slept through the thunder last night.   This morning's early dog walk we encountered a very large branch across the path from a tall tree.  It didn't look scorched as if lightning had struck. 

I was surprised we had rain as it usually misses us.

Quick Monday market shop.  Made a leek and potato eggah/frittata for two nights' dinners.

Finished reading Imperial Mud.  It was an enjoyable read and my eyes were opened.  Must return it to my neighbour.
