The Morning Walk

Firstly, thank you for the response to yesterday's post.

I walked to the pool only to find that it was closed for maintenance, so I turned around and headed home earlier than usual. I had an appointment with the G.P. later to discuss my continuing issues with my Achilles tendon. I’m still waiting for physiotherapy and the doctor inferred that the waiting list was very long. There’s no immediate answer and he suggested I might look at a private solution.

We actually had a very short period of rain this afternoon. Hardly enough to wet the decking, while other areas had more substantial downpours.
