Shadow

A quiet Monday. Feeling terrible with what I think is hay fever but feels like a horrible cold. Can't really decide which and it's up and down all day. I had to ask Francis to pick me up from work I felt so awful, then felt better, now feel rubbish again and can't sleep. 
Sam started his tree surgery training. Not sure how it went because he came home, went straight to bed and hasn't woken up since. Exhausting I think is the message. 

After I came home I worked and these were the shadows of the flowers on the windowsill against the curtain. Love a sunny day shadow.
