Day 6; music from Big Pink

We spend much of the day chilling at Chris and Rose’s villa.  There are about a dozen of us for lunch (I lost count).  Some of her family are going home now, so it’s a last chance to say goodbye to them.

Rose’s Dad suggests Varnika should sing ‘Loving you’ by Millie Riperton.  She doesn't know it, but finds it on her phone. Those of us who do know it sing along to the chorus.

Chris decided to go for a late afternoon bike ride in the hills above the town.   He invited Dan along.  Dan talks it over with Varnika. They decide to go for a swim in the sea instead.

I have a long chat with Rose’s mum and discover she’s a photographer.  I tell about Blip.  Her eyes don’t glaze over …. watch this space.
