Early Morning

(around 6am) shadows and sunlit stripes across the park :)

I got out for a walk this morning which is unusual these days as I have to go into the office more - but since Charlie Girl poked me awake at 4.30am and I couldn't got back to sleep (its alright for her, dozing all day and night generally)....   Almost 3,000 steps which isn't much, but it depends how much time I have.

An easy day working from home...

Sorry for the following rant :

But I've been quite angry to receive a letter saying I owed money - from the Department of Work and Pensions debit collection people - no reason - just saying I owed it from when I was unemployed.  This letter was written on 27th April 2025 and arrived here 2 days ago,   I had to ring them up to find out.  Useless service.  I mean this was July last year when I stopped being unemployed, and to get a letter now, with no previous knowledge.  Disgusted...  Sorted, but I'm disgusted to be treated like this.

End of rant 

Makes me scared to become unemployed again now...

Anyway, its a lovely evening, and I've got yet another washload on the line and dried today.  I will be out in the garden in a bit.

Back to the office tomorrow, still no news.
