Garden Time
Little Man and I have had a productive day. We had the nursery run. I came home and did a few things around the house. The laundry was hung up outside as its been another lovely sunny day, with highs of 23⁰C (73.4⁰F).
After I picked Little Man up, we got the bus into Woerden to do some shopping. As normal, there werent enough things I wanted to get to justify a delivery from the supermarket. Little Man enjoyed coming with me, but was a bit tired. When we got home, he found the energy to play in the garden for a good amount of time, mainly with the water tap and a bucket. He was soaked by the time he was done, but he was happy.
We also moved my rose bush to a new, larger pot. I got two bags of soil on discount last week, as I knew I needed to put my rose bush in a bigger pot and wanted new soil. One of the plants that my brother, Caleb, lent me also needed new soil so we sorted that out (see the extra photos). The rose bush is the third one I've owned and I'm managed to keep it alive for about eight months now (the first two died within three months of my buying them).
