Sunset

I slept really badly last night. I couldn't help but replay the things that happened that shouldn't have and the things that didn't happen that should have. I know I have to go to the next step which is the Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman and then they advise what needs to happen. 

It was no problem to have Beau this afternoon as he was just being Beau. He seems to enjoy the meditation on Tuesday afternoon and was so chilled. A bark at the thunder, but then snuggled up for a nice afternoon nap. Of course I was presented with a toy for the ready, steady, go game. But not too much as my asthma wasn't so good. Probably the weather, but  it did rain at the "right time not to need to water the garden".

And nice to get bedding changed, dried and back on. It smells so much nicer that way.
