The Yellow on the Broom

Walked Geordie across the stubble fields this morning, then set about weeding and tidying the garden a bit while I waited for Kwik Fit to arrive.
Once the new tyres were fitted, the pair of us got in the car and went to our favourite wood. We were positively excited to be mobile again. The wood was even more green and lush than when we were last there. The gorse is dying back but the broom is providing that wonderful yellow colour, just not the lovely scent.
We spotted our favourite Roe deer through the trees. The dad with the two youngsters.
Went to the Co-op afterwards, but it was a waste of time. The shelves were empty, literally. I put a couple of shots in Extras. They had a cyber attack a few days ago, so their computer system is out of action and they can’t order foods. M&S food store in St Andrews was hit too.
