EMPTY CHAIRS

Such a boring blip….
I could have blipped the swimming pool after my early morning swim.

I could have blipped my delicious lunch…a Spanish tapas with a friend to celebrate our birthdays.

I could have blipped the slice of lemon tart I shared with Mum.

But no …boring chairs from my final session of physio!!! Generally they have been pretty ineffective. The exercises were weak, the therapist didn’t seem very focused and the sessions were barely 40 mins instead of the hour. Today’s was run by a different therapist. He was good, answered questions and gave some sound advice. He apologised for all the cancelled sessions and offered me an additional one. I agreed as long as it was with him.

The Rev has successfully climbed Mount Snowdon with his old school friend. He said it was ridiculously hot but they are safely back at the hotel and it sounds like they had fun.
