Water Lily

The first water lily has appeared at the pond at the glen!  It seems early, but we have had such great weather it has probably been encouraged to flower.  The pond is very busy, the Canada Geese are very protective of their goslings, and the ducks are busy escorting their family around the pond too.

The flag iriises are all flowering beautifully at the edge of the pond, softening the edges in green.

The Hawthorn trees and bushes are all flowering just now and make a stunning show when there are a few together.

Indoors, my Hoya is starting to flower, soon will be blipped. 

And my wee lemon tree has been repotted and moved outside, as it is growing quite big.

Isn't nature amazing?
