My back was worse this morning, let's blame the bit of digging that was necessary before I planted out the rainbow chard yesterday.
I went to Jan's in Nottingham as arranged, she's got some garden landscape work starting on Monday and I'd said that I'd help her pot up the plants she wanted to keep. Jan's back is far worse than mine, she's awaiting surgery, so I was happy to dig up and pot six or so of her plants. But of course my back didn't think much to that!
I think I should see the GP about my back, it's been going on a long time, on and off, but I also need an appointment about my blood pressure. The Consultant at the TIA Clinic told me to take BP readings three times a day for ten days, which I've done so now need to see a GP. I fully expect my BP meds to be increased as the average of my readings is 141/78 but we shall see.
I managed to walk to the allotment to water when I got back from Nottingham, trouble is walking is good for my back, not so good for my prolapse, but I'm hoping this will improve with the oestrogen pessaries.
