Patchworking!
I love turning over my calendar to see what pearl of wisdom is being shared for the day. I couldn't resist using today's as a blip. I love the idea of being made up of all the different threads woven by the many individuals who weave their way in, and out, of our lives.
A winning Wednesday with 11 reports now written and another gem of an evening for a two wheeled escape.
Yesterday in honour of Mental Health Awareness Week I shared some snack sized self care ideas. Today I bring you ideas more likely to feature on the main course menu.
1. A long walk or bike ride with no given destination.
2. Writing down in your diary whatever is on your mind.
3. Wearing something that makes you feel like you.
4. Decluttering your inbox...I never have any unread emails!!
5. An hour spent enjoying your favourite TV show or book.
