Another beautiful, bright and blustery day making the opportunity to spin the pedals too good to miss this evening. The fresh air freedom really does work wonders in so many a way. :-) 

Thank you for all the lovely comments on my blip yesterday regarding mental health. In honour of it being Mental Health Awareness Week as part of my self care menu, today I bring you some snack sized care ideas...

1. A warm cup of tea in your favourite mug. 

2. Fresh air by foot or two wheels for a little burst of freedom. 

3. Ignoring your phone for maybe half an hour. 

4. Lighting a candle. 

5. Listening to a playlist of feel good songs.
