Time for a fresh start

Things are bad when there's so much to do that this vase sits, largely ignored, in front of me, on the kitchen table.

I can't even argue that they still posses even a fragment of wilting grace.

I think a change is just round the corner, I can feel it in the chill of the late summer air.

And so tomorrow I resolve to consign these daisies to the compost and cut a fresh new bunch for a fresh new dawn. Tonight, however, I have slightly more pressing chores to contend with..........
