I'm gonna eat you little fishy

We bought a bamboo steamer a while back and had not gotten around to using it yet. Jen found a recipe for steamed tilapia. Now we don’t really get tilapia here in the UK but we did have haddock, a very similar white meaty fish.

We steamed the haddock topped with pieces of garlic, ginger and other secret ingredients! You can see it here just as Jen opened the steamer at the end. We paired it with an Asian veggie stir fry. Just perfect, so tasty. I don’t think we will be waiting long to use the steamer again!
