It is the World Bagpipe Championships in Glasgow this weekend. I imagine it isn't easy to find a space to practice with upsetting someone. So maybe they thought an alleyway would work. Shame it was next to our office, there is only so much bagpipe music I can take no matter how good it was!

Once someone went down to have a word they moved on.
