Life of a bubble maker

Walt and Mickey

Early start today and a surprise to see all of the others ready nearly on time to get to Magic Kingdom for the extra magic hours. J and me split off the others and went over to get a fast pass for Space Mountain and then headed over to get on Thunder Mountain. However we didn't realise that that area didn’t open till 9.
The plan had called for us to do Buzz Lightyear's ride first and it was the best thing to do. Instead went to see Mickey's PhilharMagic. Great show in 3D.

From there we waited at the line to get into Frontierland. It’s true what they say, there is a gentle scrum once the rope drops. Just before Big Thunder Mountain they held us in another line and told us that Big Thunder was down. Still managed to be in the third boat on Splash Mountain. Great ride.

From there we went back and met the others at Ariel’s Grotto. We then went on our separate ways as they had tickets for Peter Pan again and we needed to go to Buzz Lightyear. Quite a good ride but I think my gun was faulty as J managed to get more points than me.

Back to meet the others and queue up for Tiger and Pooh before going on the Winnie the Pooh ride.
Next up was the Celebrate the Magic show by the castle.
It was then time to go back down Main Street to look in the shop for some retail therapy. J got a pair of PJ's

While heading back the Move It Shake It Celebrate It street party happened. Great fun to dance in the streets with the characters. By this time it was lunchtime so off to the Tortuga Tavern for Burritos and ice cream. After that it was the Swiss Family Robinson Tree House and Monica had managed to tell the kids they were too hot and tired so they needed to go home. Even though they weren’t. They missed the 3pm parade again as a result.

J and me stayed and went on Tom Sawyers Island before going on the Jungle Cruse, which was great and full of very cheesy jokes, before heading home.
Had a couple of hours by the pool before getting ready to go to Epcot for dinner with J's parents.

Had Chinese’s food and cancelled the dinner reservation at the Coral Seas restaurant as Monica can't make up her mind what she wants to do for her birthday.
Test Track was shut due to the lightening so we had a walk to China for dinner. Stopped off for a frozen Margarita on the way to see the fish before heading home.
