Exams and treats

It was the start of exams for Leo and I usually send him off with a motivational message and sweet treat each day to make him smile.

He was still smiling at the end of the exam so is off to a good start. That is better than his first AS level last year when he came home all glum after the first one. So that is one Economics paper done.

It was also Ian’s birthday so he got a breakfast treat too. He was working from home and needed an early night ahead of his trip to Surrey early next day so not much celebrating got done. We had enjoyed a meal at Bella Italia earlier in the week instead and have his birthday cake to light and eat once he is back later in the week
