Bee On Clover

Spotted on my (rather chilly) walk this morning - that cold northerly wind is back and there was no sunshine.

The clover was moving around wildly in the wind - even at ground level - so I have used a fast shutter speed and flash to try and ‘freeze’ the subject.

Off to York later to accompany Mrs madwill to the hospital for an appointment. Planning to use the Park & Ride this time - having discovered that our bus passes get us half price fares. £1.40 each is a lot cheaper than the £15 car park fee (have to pay for over 4 hours as the visit involves pupil dilating eye drops which means she cannot drive). May even walk back along the cycle path from the city centre if the weather is nice - it is only 2 miles :-)
